The Needs in our Community
Can you help your United Way give away money?Every five years, the United Way of Oak Park, River Forest and Forest Park undertakes a process to identify the greatest areas of need in our community. This survey is part of that process. The data collected will identify what types of health and human service issues need the greatest support right here in Oak Park, River Forest and Forest Park.
Please follow the link (www.uwsurvey2007.org) to the survey which should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Most of the questions are multiple choice with an opportunity for you to add your comments if you wish. All participant information and responses will be kept completely confidential and will not be shared.
